2+ PQE Corporate/Commercial Associates - Move to a Leading Firm in Oman - Lucrative Tax-Free Salary

We are working with an international firm in Oman on a new role in their corporate and commercial practice.  The partners are looking for a mid-level associate with regional or London experience in broad transactional matters.

The practice advises domestic and international clients on corporate M&A, private equity transactions, capital market transactions, IPOs, rights issues as well as restructurings.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of PQE with a City or regional firm in the UK, or a well-regarded firm in Australasia, where they will be looking to make a permanent move to the Middle East.
