This top UK law firm has a market leading nationwide planning team which acts on major projects across the Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. It seeks planning solicitors at 2-6pqe to work mainly on real estate related planning matters. Experience should cover the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters, EIA/HRA, inquiries and judicial review.
