A leading Private Investment House is looking for an Investments Legal Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis in London offering a generous salary and benefits.

Investments Legal Assistant’s Responsibilities:
Late last year, we assisted with the placement of another Legal Assistant in the team last year who you will be supporting as well as their investments committee, which negotiates high- value fund agreements. Duties may include:
 

• Working with internal investment committee.
• Organising board and committee meetings.
• Assisting with fund structuring.
• Providing general UK corporate and company secretarial assistance
• Drafting agendas, minutes, and memorandums for meetings.
• Coordinating internal requests.
• Drafting and proofreading documentation.

 
About you:

• Law degree or equivalent qualification essential.
• Previous company secretary experience or transactional paralegal experience.
• Your application should demonstrate board or committee meetings experience.
• Exposure or experience with investments would be a bonus!
• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention of details.
