About the Opportunity 

A new opportunity now exists for a paralegal to work with and support the legal team across a range of commercial and IP matters. You will play a key role in preparing simple legal documents, updating schedules managing legal systems and fielding requests to the legal team from the business. You will also assist with reviewing and drafting contractual agreements and arrangements in respect of a wide range of general commercial matters including marketing and consumer related matters.

About You

The team is busy and they are looking for an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a commitment to excellence. The role requires a law degree and the LPC as well as demonstrated experience with commercial contracts. An interest in retail and luxury brands and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are all essential.
