Corporate (Professional Practice Group) NQ+, International Law Firm

Our client is an international law firm with offices accross the UK looking for an NQ-2 PQE qualified Associate who has a corporate training to join their Corporate Professional Practice group.

They are recognised as the top tier practice in this area by all the legal directories.

The work involves UK and International mergers and de-mergers and other corporate related matters.

Clients include leading UK and international law firms, accountancy practices, real estate firms, financial services and insurance businesses and hedge funds, as well as architects, actuaries, patent and trademark attorneys and consultancy businesses.

They are looking to recruit as part of their wider growth plans and due to client demand in what is an increasingly complex and competitive professional environment.

The firm offer good training and support within a sustainable working environment.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years’ relevant post-qualification corporate experience from an equally reputable law firm and have attained degree certificate(s) from a reputed institution, achieving a minimum grade of 2:1 or equivalent.
