Multi-track Serious Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive (Grade B) - Permanent - Remote / Hybrid Wakefield
We are looking for a successful Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with a proven track record in serious injury work. The rigt candidate will join a growing team and will need the ability to empathise with clients, and the ability to understand the frustrations and requirements of people that have experienced often traumatic events.
A typical day in the life of a Serious Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive will involve:
* Dealing effectively and efficiently with enquiries from prospective new clients
* Accepting instructions from new clients and advising them on costs and funding and the firm's terms of business
* Managing your own caseload of multi-track claims involving fatalities and serious orthopaedic injuries.
* Maintaining effective and professional contact with all other parties involved in the case
* Undertaking all necessary preparation of the case or matter from inception to conclusion.
To be a successful Serious Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive you would need:
* Minimum of 4 years PQE experience of multi-track personal injury claims.
* To demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of personal injury liability and quantum issues in particular with regard to injuries of the utmost severity including fatalities
* An in depth knowledge of multi-track claims, involving breach of duty and causation, quantum issues and litigation matters
