A Top 5 Law firm is seeking a bright and personable Conflicts Analyst to join their London office. Due to rapid and recent expansion internationally-particularly in the US, the successful candidate will be part of the firm's impressive risk & compliance function and work on some innovative and exciting work. A core part of the role will be advising the firm's global offices on a range of Conflicts and Intake issues affecting them. Duties will also include:
  • Taking responsibility for conflict searches and individual matter inception requests submitted and then monitoring the progress of such requests to conclusion
  • Analysing the information submitted by fee-earners in conflict searches and matter inception and new client requests.
  • Applying relevant laws, professional rules, regulations, and compliance policies to conflict searches and matter inception and new client requests covering varied and wide-ranging work types.
Applicants should ideally have at least 1 year of compliance experience with a strong background in Conflicts. The firm offers a salary of up to 55K dependent on experience on a hybrid working basis.
