The role

• This real estate team attract a quality that you'd only expect to find in City practices. Their ability to attract such high-quality work is down to their commercially driven approach that yields outstanding results for their clients at good value for money.
• The work will be broad making for an interesting caseload; this will include acquisitions and disposals, investment, development work, landlord and tenant and portfolio management.
• Their real estate team advises on every aspect of commercial property matters including the structuring and financing of property transactions, planning and development, occupier services as well as property portfolio management.

Requirements

• Real Estate Solicitor 1-5 years PQE with previous experience in a quality practice
