**US LAW FIRM** Leveraged Finance Senior Associate 5-7PQE

An anglicised US law firm are looking to hire a senior Leveraged Finance associate with five or more years of post-qualification experience. The firm offer a highly competitive remuneration package, market-leading work and excellent career progression prospects.

The team advise a full range of financial institutions, lenders (both direct and institutional) and corporate borrowers predominantly operating in the European, New York and Australian markets. The successful candidate will advise on cutting-edge domestic and multi-jurisdictional leveraged and acquisition finance transactions and be given the opportunity to develop their own client base, subsequently progressing upwards through the firm. The role offers a transparent path to partnership for the right individual.

The firm are looking for an individual with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience, ideally predominantly focusing on leveraged finance work. Those with a strong general banking/finance background will also be considered. A strong academic record is required with a minimum of a 2:1 being required.
