You will join as a junior member of the team handling your own cases and have the opportunity to assist on higher value and more complex work. The team act for the NHSR and other health providers/organisations defending clinical negligence cases all the way to trial. Renowned for good quality work, friendly working environment and a supportive team structure you could not ask for a better place to specialise in this area of work.

Ideally you will work at another defendant firm specialising in this area of work. However, my client is keen to hear from those with claimant clinical negligence experience who are interested in moving over to defendant work.

Newly qualified candidates will be considered, but you must have gained practical experience during your training contract in clinical negligence work.
