This Global 50 US Law Firm is looking for a Real Estate Senior Associate, 6-7 years PQE, to join them within their Flagship City of London practice.

The Role
- The Real Estate Finance Group hold clients including banks, life insurance companies, private equity sponsors and hedge funds, real estate funds, debt funds, REITs, BDCs, sovereign entities, pension vehicles and other alternative capital providers.
- You will be acting for lenders ideally (both financial institutions and alternative capital providers), in UK and European commercial real estate finance transactions secured on a broad range of assets.
- Your matters will include writing complex loan agreements; inter-creditor agreements; running transactions; drafting and negotiating security documentation. You will also require experience of loan-on-asset financings, and some experience of loan-on-loan financings
Requirements
- You will be a Lawyer, 6-7 years PQE, with extensive experience in Real Estate Finance
- Good organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
- Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
