Job Details
We are working closely with an award-winning law firm that is ranked as a top-tier firm by the legal directories. Our client is seeking to appoint an interim skilled and experienced Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join their team in London on a fixed-term contract. The contract will run until March 2024.
Due to the increasing workload, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to conclusion, and representing clients in all aspects of Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury law including divorce, financial applications, domestic violence, cohabitee disputes, and children cases. You will be also responsible for notifying where appropriate the court, registry, tribunal, or other body and any other party and maintaining all necessary correspondence.
In order to be considered, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with a current Practising Certificate.
- 4 - 8 years' PQE in handling Personal injury and clinical negligence matters.
- A genuine interest in public and private law children work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
