High-ranking Legal 500 firm is seeking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor 5+ years PQE to work alongside their industry leading lawyers in Reading.

The role:
Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor 5+ years PQE to progress within a highly successful commercial team in Reading.
You will work across a broad range of commercial contracts and demonstrate outstanding drafting and negotiation skills. The practice also deals with data protection work, intellectual property and large-scale due diligence.
Prior experience with big ticket commercial work will put you on a solid footing for managing projects for major commercial organisations.
You'll be working alongside leading figures and assist them on complex matters, often multi-jurisdictional in nature.
With a strategic growth plan in place, there are clear and accessible progression pathways to partnership.
Requirements:
· Commercial Solicitor 5+ years PQE
· Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
· Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
