Pembury Legal is delighted to be working with an Elite UK Law firm in their search for a Corporate PSL. Working closely with the Senior PSL and Head of the Department, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of the firm's corporate knowledge management offering. This broad role will include legal know-how, training, and business development. Applicants should be at least 5PQE Corporate lawyers ideally with a strong background in mid-market M&A, corporate restructurings, other corporate procedures, and corporate governance. Fee-earners, PSLs, and those in-house are all welcome to apply. The firm offers an attractive remuneration package and work/life balance on either a full or 4-day-a-week basis. The firm's current working-from-home policy is current 2 days in the office with employees encouraged to work flexibly.
