This Legal 500 firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Solicitor 1-6 years PQE to join their corporate team and assist in developing their offering further.
This firm's corporate practice has an inescapable presence in the regions which operates at a level that is on par with City practices.
They deal with a lot of M&A work and are also known for their expertise in identifying regional hot spots for venture capital opportunities.
The leadership team have made a string of key strategic hires across multiple practice areas over the last 10 years, many of whom are ex-City lawyers who want to provide cost-effective legal services to their clients with the backing of a highly modern firm that prioritises innovation and progress.
The role and Corporate practice:
Due to continued expansion, this firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor 1-6 years PQE to further strengthen their corporate offering out of Reading.
· You will work across a broad range of corporate transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investments and joint ventures, restructures and public company work
· The team is looking for someone who is passionate about business development with an entrepreneurial flair
· You will be given a high level of exposure from the outset and a platform to raise your profile within the corporate space
The ideal candidate:
- Corporate Solicitor 1-6 years PQE
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
