Employment Partner I Reading l Tier 1 Department
This L500 full-service is looking to hire an Employment Partner to join their tier 1 department operating out of Reading.
You will receive a high level of investment to develop your practice and build a team, and there are prospects of equity from day one.

This L500 firm is looking for an Employment Partner to join their friendly team in Reading.
They have become well established as one of the most successful full-service regional firms and have been awarded the UK Regional Law Firm of the Year award multiple times.
This regional heavyweight goes toe-to-toe with City practices and benefits from a favourable geographic location that is home to the most innovative universities, global technology giants and digital businesses.
The Role:
The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial Employment Partner to join their tier 1 ranked Employment offering in Reading.
You will ideally handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters on behalf of employers, but the firm is open to individuals with a focus on one or the other. The existing client base is made up of OMBs, SMEs, and PLCs.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly profitable firm at Partner level. You will have an existing reputation or portable practice and be looking for a firm where you can have a high level of autonomy, support, and the opportunity to influence growth and direction.
The firm are particularly interested in growing an international arm within their existing employment department and you will be at the forefront of these efforts.

Requirements:
- You will be an Employment Partner /Senior Associate with an existing reputation or book of business/enthusiasm for business development.
- Able to influence at a high level and make strategic decisions
- Previous experience leading a team or department would be highly desirable
