Job Details
An exciting and well-run London headquartered firm with a deep history of corporate excellence. The pedigree of the corporate lawyers is excellent, and the client base is one to match. The firm represents a significant number of the FTSE 250 and is regularly part of an exclusive club on deals. Revenue of the corporate practice are now over £100m per annum. The practice is well positioned, and the management are keen to further develop the M&A practice which is currently known for deal values of up to £500m. The culture is balanced and should provide a refreshing shift from some of the more unrelenting corporate practices while maintaining quality work.
