Segal Placements has recently been instructed by this prestigious Regional / National Firm who are keenly looking to grow the bench strength of the London Employment team with a commercially minded and dynamic Partner or Senior Associate to act as 2nd in command to the Head of the Team who is currently based outside of London. A 'Head of London' title is potentially available for the right individual.
This Firm can and do pay well, have an encouraging and nurturing culture and rarely lose Partners to other Firms.
The suitable candidate will need some sort of following of their own although can certainly leverage of the clientbase of the Firm which includes prestigious companies, well known individuals and large public bodies.
