Our client is looking to add a Commercial Solicitor to their growing legal team. This position would be best suited to an experienced Commercial Solicitor with a proven track record gained in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.

This position uniquely is an opportunity for those looking to work from home full time. It will suit candidates that are interested and able to work efficiently and effectively in a Legal Counsel position from home. The right candidate must be able and comfortable, advising and assisting the business, working closely with senior executives within the business and stakeholders internationally.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within Software / Technology (including SaaS, software and licensing)
  • Advise and support the Company on other legal matters including, but not limited to, intellectual property, data protection / GDPR and AML
  • Be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ post qualified experience
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to your work
Our client envisages that candidates with between 2 – 6 years PQE will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
