Employment Law – Central London – Senior Associate/Partner

Our client, a very well-regarded firm based in Central London, is looking to bolster its team with the appointment of an experienced employment lawyer.

The firm regard themselves as an innovative and forward-thinking practice, providing a full range of legal services to commercial and private clients. Their style is relaxed and friendly, with bright vibrant offices in a fabulous location just outside the City. Well established clients include HNW individuals, sole traders, SME’s and large corporations.

The employment department is now looking to add to its numbers with the appointment of a senior solicitor to head the team and grow it, moving forward. They cover the full spectrum of employment law and HR issues, which includes both contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for large businesses and individuals alike.

As the successful candidate for this role, you should be either a senior associate looking to take the next significant step in your career, or an already existing Partner.  Employment experience as outlined above is essential plus you must have the drive and passion to lead a team.  BD experience is also a must and it would also be desirable for there to be in place an existing network of clients to work with.
