- Identifying and assessing legal and business risks of current commercial operations and processes
- Collaborating with various business owners and legal colleagues to develop process improvements, templates, and operational policies.
The reward package:
As you might expect for such an integral role, the reward package will be generous, including:
- A starting base salary of £100 – 120K p/a (based on your current level of experience), reviewed annually
- Flexible and hybrid working options
- Company pension scheme with 4% employer contributions
- Comprehensive private health insurance, including access to a private GP service and dental cashback
- 32 days holiday per annum, incl. public holidays
- Inclusive culture and environment, where you’ll be genuinely valued, listened-to and respected
- Meals, snacks and drinks provided constantly in the office (there really is such a thing as a free lunch!)
- Great life and wellbeing support, with multiple online and in-office resources
- Tax-efficient cycle to work scheme
- Other benefit and leave options to be introduced this year
The knowledge, skills and abilities you’ll need:
- Proven history as an in-house commercial SaaS lawyer, particularly experienced in software, technology and data licensing deals and applicable international data privacy laws like GDPR
- Minimum 4 years+ PQE acquired in a law firm and/or in-house environments
- Highly detail-oriented, organised, efficient, and resourceful, with strong follow-through skills
