Our client, a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked practice with several offices in the London and the South, are looking to recruit into their property disputes team, with the appointment of a senior lawyer.

The Team

The firm has a large and comprehensive commercial litigation practice, with solicitors supporting clients of all sizes with all aspects of disputes. The commercial property disputes team advise on a range of matters, which include; possession & eviction proceedings; boundary disputes; construction disputes; party wall disputes, basement extensions; extending leases or buying freeholds; and landlord & tenant disputes.

The Candidate

As the successful candidate for this opportunity, you should be a senior associate and experienced across the whole spectrum of property litigation to include the areas listed above.

For the right candidate there will also be a potential fast track to partnership.

You should be commercially minded and have the technical and communication skills required to provide the highest level of client service.
