Cayman Islands - Commercial Litigation - 4-8 year's PQE (US $170,000-$230,000 tax free)

** CAYMAN ISLANDS – COMMERCIAL/INSOLVENCY LITIGATION – 4-8 YEARS’ PQE**

Our client is a major global offshore law firm and its Tier 1 Cayman disputes practice is one of the top two in the region.  Due to an ongoing pipeline of work, it is seeking to hire high calibre litigators with a strong background in commercial litigation and insolvency. 

Much of the work undertaken by the team is complex, high value and multi-jurisdictional in nature and includes shareholder disputes, insolvency, banking and finance disputes, fraud, asset-tracing, professional negligence, investment fund and trusts disputes. Clients include multinational corporations, investment and private equity funds, insolvency practitioners, and domestic and international financial institutions.  it is important that you are capable and adaptable, able to work on a range of litigation cases and to liaise directly with clients and onshore counsel within a supportive and collegiate environment.

Suitable applicants for the role must be admitted to practice in England & Wales, Australia or New Zealand and have 4-8 years PQE in terms of experience from a leading law firm or chambers set in a major financial centre such as London, Sydney or Auckland. Both qualified solicitors or barristers will be welcome applicants for the role as advocacy may be at times be required. 

A highly competitive tax-free financial package up to USD$230,000 plus bonus, pension contribution, healthcare and full relocation (including flights, shipping and accommodation) will be provided, as well as healthcare and an incentivising bonus system.
