**BERMUDA - CORPORATE M&A ASSOCIATE – 4-8 YRS PQE**
Our client is a leading offshore law firm with ten international offices as it continues to grow and develop its network.
As part of these organic growth plans, it is now looking for several additional mid to senior level corporate transactional lawyers to join their prestigious Hamilton office in Bermuda.
The Bermuda corporate practice advises a combination of institutional and non-institutional clients, both locally and internationally, on all aspects of their corporate and commercial transactions. The role offers significant exposure to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, incorporations, capital raisings and debt offerings, IPOs, corporate restructurings, share buy-backs and redemptions.
It is looking to hire the following profile:
- Common law qualification – UK/Australian/New Zealand or Canadian qualified lawyers;
- Associate/Senior Associate level (4-8 years’ pqe) in corporate M&A law;
- Strong career background from a major national or international law firm in a major financial centre such as London, Sydney, Auckland or Toronto or from another offshore firm in Bermuda/BVI/Cayman/Jersey;
- Personable, good team working skills and ambitious career plans.
