OVERVIEW:
• Due to expansion, this reputable practice is looking to recruit an additional Lawyer into the team to deal with a varied caseload of commercial / commercial property matters.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 2 years’ experience in handling commercial and commercial property matters.
• We would also be interested in hearing from experienced Paralegals looking for a new challenge.
• The commercial / commercial property team advises across the broad remit of law including sales and purchases of owner-managed businesses, commercial contracts, leases, landlord and tenant issues, partnership and shareholder agreements.
