JOB TITLE: RTA Claims Handler
EXPERIENCE: 12 months’ minimum required
LOCATION: West Yorkshire / Hybrid
SALARY: up to c£30,000 (£DOE)
THE ROLE:
This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented individual to run a full case load of fast-track RTA matters. The successful candidate will be required to proactively litigate cases under supervision where liability is in dispute or when the pre-issue settlement is not possible. In this role, your key duties will include investigating liability, investigation quantum, drafting witness statements, schedules of loss, legal research and the drafting of pleadings, statements of cases. The firm offer flexible working with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely. This role is an excellent opportunity and will provide the successful candidate with the chance to gain valuable experience in this area of law.
THE CANDIDATE:
This role is best suited to candidates with a minimum of 12 months’ previous experience in PI work, excellent rapport building skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. The Successful candidate will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
THE PACKAGE:
This firm offer a hybrid working arrangement which requires 2 days in office with the remaining 3 days per week working from home. All employees are eligible for 9% private pension contributions with the option to take out in cash, should they choose.
