Role

• Excellent opportunity to join a highly successful, leading Dispute Resolution division, working specifically with the Contentious Trusts and Probate team, who are seeing substantial growth
• Work collaboratively with a team focus, benefiting from experts in their field.

You

• 6+ years PQE for senior level - strong experience within a Contentious Trusts and Probate background (essential), ideally with good quality experience of either commercial, corporate or real estate finance.
• You should have some experience in acting for both claimant and defendant clients
• It would be advantageous if you are an existing member of ACTAPS. Alternatively, that you would be willing to study for the ACTAPS qualification.
• Ambitious, driven and forward thinking with excellent client care skills
