Senior Funds Associate (5-8 pqe) - London

Our client, a prestigious offshore law firm, is currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their London team as a Mid-Senior Funds Associate. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on high-profile offshore legal matters, servicing a blue-chip client base consisting of leading European fund managers and their onshore counsel.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in funds-related legal work, preferably gained in a top-tier firm.
• Self-motivated individual with a keen interest in business development and marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust with clients and effectively communicate complex legal concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a highly successful and collegiate team to provide exceptional legal services in the funds domain.
• Handle complex offshore legal work, leveraging extensive knowledge and experience of Cayman Islands law within the team.
• Engage in business development activities, focusing on marketing initiatives and building strong client relationships.
