Client facing, pragmatic and entrepreneurial Commercial Solicitor required for a brand-new position within a young and ambitious company based out of Sheffield (3 days), with links to the events management sector.
It's a highly enterprising international business and the role is likely to suit a UK qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in commercial law, who has a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, fluid and commercial environment. Reporting into the Board and liaising with the external advisers, you'll act as a fulcrum and will be encouraged to implement your legal training in providing commercially viable solutions and advice across a wide range of issues and strategy objectives.
This is a key appointment and will assist the company achieve its ambitious of increasing revenue five-fold over the next 3 years, working with investors and planning further expansion.
Salary commensurate with experience and future add-ons are tangible dependent on the success and contributions of the individuals. This is not an orthodox In-house role and will suit a lawyer who has desires to utilise their legal knowledge in a highly commercial and exciting environment.
