Inquests Lawyer(s)

Our client is a fast-growing and very highly regarded international law firm with a thriving healthcare practice.

They assist clients including public and private hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, healthcare suppliers and distributors, and other entities connected to the healthcare sector on a wide range of healthcare matters. A major area of their practice is providing representation at inquests and representing clinicians before their regulatory body. Due to current workflows, they are looking for additional Associates and Senior Associates with specific inquest experience.

The successful candidate will be working with an industry leading team..

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Significant, relevant experience in representing clinicians at inquests and before their regulatory body;
• A solid academic background, and a genuine interest in healthcare and the healthcare sector;
• Experience liaising with clients and witnesses and advising/counselling on claims involving breaches of professional standards;
• Trained with a top city or international firm with a good healthcare practice; and
• At least 1 years' PQE
