Their current Legal team is responsible for ensuring that this ambitious mission is delivered by working with the Kingdom to establish a new governing law and a regulatory authority and providing legal support to their regions, sectors and departments. They are searching for a highly motivated and experienced real estate development too;

Experience with real estate purchase and sale agreements, mortgage documents, title documents, and lease arrangements, including commercial and retail leasing and sale and lease back transactions, project structuring, land development, acquisition and disposals of real estate

• Knowledge of land development planning and land-use requirements, environmental Knowledge of real estate finance, portfolio management and hospitality Excellent drafting and negotiation with strong commercial acumen Build relationships with the business to become a trusted advisor to leadership Manage the development and implementation of the GoA strategy, ensuring alignment with the vision, mission, and corporate objectives Provide relevant expertise and assurance to relevant teams on drafting and negotiating contracts and providing legal advisory support concerning real estate development projects and related queries Advise on environmental law, planning, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, investment management, and disputes, as required Interface with the Independent Authority on establishment laws and regulations, primarily in the property, real estate and land development sectors Support the GoA by taking the lead on real estate, land and hotels projects and transactions, and the related documents, reviews, negotiations Assist and support other team members within the Legal & Governance, Risk and Compliance department by providing advice, training and guidance Lead the management of change through continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering leading standards and changes in the business environment Develop and lead the implementation of divisional policies, systems, processes, frameworks and controls so that all relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner Ensure corporate legal documentation (e.g., company licenses, trademarks, constitutional and governance documents) and provide inputs to ensure these documents are accurate, comprehensive and cover all relevant legal aspects Manage and represent GoA in legal proceedings (including mediation, adjudication, litigation, arbitration, hearings, and audit) to resolve disputes Direct investigations of escalated concerns and alleged infringements and recommend actions Collaborate with outside counsel as necessary to ensure the company's legal needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner Provide other legal, governance, risk and compliance services and advice to the group and GoA as needed   This is a fantastic opportunity for a real estate development lawyer, excellant package tax free environment with all costs of living met, housing, food, scholoing etc.
