Corporate Tax Senior Associate/Counsel, Top International Firm

Our client is one of the leading international law firms, highly ranked for Tax work. They are looking for a Senior Associate/Counsel to join their Corporate Tax team in London.

The team has significant experience across M&A, finance, funds, real estate and tax structuring and as a Senior Associate/ Counsel you would work on:

• Advising on international and domestic tax.
• Tax disputes.
• Bespoke tax advice.
• Tax policy advice to industry bodies and governments.
• Advising many of the world's largest and most complex corporates and financial institutions, as well as central banks and governments. 

Most of the work would have an international element given the nature of the firm.

You will have strong relevant corporate tax experience as a lawyer with an established tax practice, probably gained at a City firm, or at an overseas practice in a common law jurisdiction with a highly regarded profile.  You will have outstanding academic history and be able to demonstrate an appetite for business development, client relationship management and thought leadership.
