Claims Lawyer

Our client, a leading global insurer, are seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Adjuster or Lawyer with expertise in Marine, Aviation, Property, and / or Construction claims. This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of 4-6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate claims.
• Conduct thorough investigations and analyse claim merits.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine liability and compensation.
• Prepare comprehensive claim reports and negotiate settlements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience handling Marine, Aviation, Property, and / or Construction claims from an Insurer or Private Practice Law Firm. 
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
