THE ROLE
We have a new mandate to recruit a 2+ PQE Commercial Lawyer with public law/procurement law experience to join an established in house legal department for an initial FTC of 12 months
You will be responsible for handling a broad workload, drafting, and advising on all aspects of commercial contracts, managing risk and potential litigation relating to supplier performance issues
Work will also include handling freedom of information and personal data matters
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a solutions focused lawyer. or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, entitled to practice in England and Wales
You will have substantial experience in providing commercial and procurement legal advice
Flexible working/WFH arrangements will be available
