Junior Construction (Non-Contentious) Lawyer

Our client is a very highly regarded firm, with a particularly well established reputation within the real estate sector. The Construction department is seeking a junior solicitor, ideally from another top real estate firm, to join their in-demand team in London. This role will be exclusively focused on non-contentious matters, so transactional experience is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer keen to advance their career by joining a firm which is small enough to ensure a large amount of exposure to top quality work, whilst large enough to provide access to leading clients in this sector. Our client is known for working in small teams and granting a high level of responsibility to its junior lawyers. This is within a supportive and friendly environvment which is committed to ensuring work life balance; nevertheless, the firm still offers a competitive remuneration package and is consistently ranked in the legal directories.

The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified and have gained first rate Construction experience within a top real estate team at a recognised City law firm or leading regional practice. The firm is looking to hire someone between NQ level and 4 years' PQE.
