A well-known employer in Bristol, our client is growing to meet client needs for governance advisory and managed services in the UK and across the globe, and as a result is looking for a corporate governance and company secretarial professional at the Senior Consultant level to join their Global Corporate Governance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a time of growth and transformation. This role will be based in Bristol however there is the opportunity for a mixture of both home and office working, therefore it is anticipated that you will live within commutable distance of Bristol (the team working in a hybrid manner, typically doing 2 days in the office and 3 at home). Your new role
Our client has established a team of company secretarial and corporate governance specialists who provide clients with a broad range of governance advisory and managed services both in the UK and globally. As a result of growth and several client/project wins, they are looking for candidates to support with the delivery of global entity management services for their clients, working alongside their growing team of industry experts. You will have direct exposure to large international corporate clients, including FTSE 100 and Fortune 500, as well as to an ever-growing international network, working together in a global market to deliver exceptional entity management services.
You will be responsible for the provision of services for a number of large client portfolios, working with specialist software and technology to meet SLAs and deliver an exceptional service to the client. You will be responsible for service delivery and overseeing the work of Consultants who will be supporting on your client portfolios, as well as providing effective reporting to higher management. You will also have an opportunity to work with management on a wide range of projects, such as entity rationalisations, M&A, change management and corporate change services, all on a global scale.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for candidates with at least three years of global entity management, or global corporate governance experience within professional services or industry.
All interested candidates must have the drive and enthusiasm to pursue a career within company secretarial work and develop a wide range of global corporate services knowledge, entity management, governance and transaction related knowledge and experience.
You might be a Member of the CGI/ICSA: The Governance Institute, however this is not a pre-requisite and our client is keen to hear from candidates with sufficient qualifying experience.
