Hopkins Solicitors is seeking a talented individual to join our team in a key role, working on a wide range of conveyancing matters. As a Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive you will handle a diverse caseload of residential property matters, providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process. This will include but is not limited to:


* Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Conducting title investigations and searches
* Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
* Managing completion, exchange, and post-completion formalities
* Resolving complex conveyancing issues and disputes

About you:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:


* Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a focus on conveyancing
* Proven experience handling a wide range of residential property matters independently
* Strong knowledge of property law, including current legislation and procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Ability to manage a high caseload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Proficiency in using conveyancing software and technology
