Transactional Staff Attorney (Non-Fee Earning)-Elite US Firm

An Elite US with an exceptional reputation in the transactional space is seeking a Staff Attorney (non-fee earning) to join their London office on a full-time basis. Working predominantly in the Funds team, the successful candidate will provide assistance and support on a range of big-ticket and high profile transactions but also act as a liaison between the Partners/Associates and Paralegals. The working pattern for this role therefore substantially better than fee-earning and would suit applicants either who are ex-fee-earners looking to go back into law without worrying about billable hours or foreign-qualified lawyers seeking experience at a reputable US firm. Lawyers with Funds experience are encouraged to apply but this isn't a pre-requisite for the role.
