This Top 20 International Law Firm is looking for a Corporate Managing Associate, 6+ years PQE, to join within their Top-tier City of London practice.

The Role

The Corporate team operates across the firm's network of offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Its clients encompass national and multinational corporations, governments and regulatory bodies and many leading funds and financial institutions.

The team combines transactional expertise with in-depth sector experience focusing on Asset Management & Investment Funds, Financial Institutions, Life Sciences and TMT.

The core areas of practice will involve public and private M&A, private equity, asset management, investment funds, reorganisations, equity capital markets, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

You will be afforded the opportunity to work across all the core areas of the team, and a willingness to play a full role within the team is important as you will be tasked with carrying out business development as well as fee-earning.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer, 6+ years PQE

• Good organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
