Paralegal – Legal Recruitment

We are a boutique legal recruitment business, owned by 4 experienced consultants, and due to our growing workloads, we would love to have a paralegal come and join us. We are focused on giving somebody the opportunity to learn about the legal market and gain some administrative skills in a business context.

We have identified a wide range of duties and responsibilities that we would like assistance with including managing our database, contacting candidates and setting up interviews, undertaking research, social media management and helping with thought leadership.  We are not expecting candidates to necessarily have undertaken all or any of these duties before, but you must be adept at using Microsoft Office products.  Enthusiasm and a desire to learn will be key.

All four shareholders have worked in the legal market for at least 20 years.  We recruit for law firms, London and nationally, in-house legal teams and undertake risk & compliance mandates.  We are keenly focused on sustainability and try to weave this into everything we do.

Our business model is remote so location is not a problem, although we visit London regularly and would love to meet in person from time to time.  We will offer support, training and a friendly working culture.

Finally, we would love to assist an individual who is finding it challenging to establish their legal career, so we want to offer this role to a UK LLB graduate who does not currently have a training contract offer.
