A multiple award-winning City law firm are seeking a Banking or Finance Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in London.

Banking or Finance Paralegal’s Responsibilities:
This will be a very hands-on role, working closely with the Partner on all major transactions.
This role will sit with one of their most successful Partner and will require a Paralegal with a can-do attitude. He advises on asset-backed finance techniques in the private or alternative credit, public bond, loan, or commercial paper markets across banks (FIG), real estate, consumer finance, infrastructure and renewables and insurance sectors.
If successful in the role, the Banking or Finance paralegal may have future opportunities for training contracts with the firm.
About You/Your Application Should Show:
- Strong academics including law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Ideally 6 months plus Finance, Banking or Corporate Paralegal experience ideally from a law firm environment.
- Previous experience or exposure drafting security documents, loan facility agreements and board minutes is needed.
- Eager to get stuck in and assisting a high billing, Partner.
- Future trainees with previous transactional experience encouraged to apply as FTC’s can be offered.
