The Role

Due to the excelled and continued growth, this department is seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join in a PSL capacity.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established Corporate department with around 10+ staff members including several partners, all coming from strong backgrounds.

Main responsibilities include providing advice and guidance to the wider team on technical issues, client matters and best practice advice. Your role will very much focus on mentoring the team, assisting with their development with a view of enhancing and honing their experience. This role is designed for a technically strong lawyer with an eye for management and mentoring.

Requirements

• You will be 5+ years PQE and have strong experience in corporate matters
• You will have experience mentoring others
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
