An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor or Salaried Partner to join the team and play a key role in the future development and expansion of this growing residential property practice in the Thames Valley. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to assist the Residential Partner with growing the business as well as leading and developing the current team.  The role will appeal to someone currently in or ready to step up to a partner role and the opportunity offers genuine scope to help add value to the practice with genuine future progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad range of experience and knowledge in all areas of residential property law as well as previous experience in managing, mentoring and developing a team of more junior lawyers.

The team are proud to be affiliated with the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and are highly rated in Chambers UK and The Legal 500 frequently described as a "regional heavyweight".

We would like to speak with a Senior Residential Property Solicitor or Partner who can demonstrate an ability to handle a busy caseload aligned with management responsibilities.

Commercial awareness and commercial acumen are essential in this role. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent people skills who is able to generate new leads, clients and referrals for the team and really make a name in the local market and beyond. In the past, the team have also been referred commercial and development work on an ad-hoc basis. You will have a genuine appetite for business development and enjoy being client-facing.
