Job Details
A leading Legal 100 firm with a Chambers-rated agricultural property team is now looking to appoint an ambitious Solicitor or Associate, to join their expanding team based in the Thames Valley. Working closely with a Partner and Legal Director, you will advise and assist on a wide range of matters connected with rural land including sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings, drafting overage provisions, farm-related tenancy issues including succession rights and surrenders, wayleaves and easements, single farm/basic payment subsidy transfers, property development/investment work and more.
You may, from time to time, also get involved in wider property work supporting the rest of the team. As with all our lawyers, you’ll be encouraged to get involved in business development and other activities as part of growing the practice and your own skills and reputation.
