A highly reputable offshore law firm with a strong presence in the British Virgin Islands is seeking a talented corporate associate with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualified experience to join its busy transactional team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background and have previously worked in a corporate team at a top-tier international law firm.
The role involves working on a variety of exciting projects including public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking and finance, FinTech (including digital assets), investment funds and services, private equity, (re)insurance and other corporate matters. The position offers candidates immediate responsibility for deals and direct client interaction, making it an ideal opportunity for those with excellent technical and communication skills who can hit the ground running.
