About the Job
Pure Search have been instructed by a well-established futures and forward exchange, offering options on commodities. They are looking for a financial regulatory lawyer to join their team.
The Company
Our client is a futures and forwards exchange, operating in a highly regulated environment, which gives way to an interesting, and unique set of legal work.
The Role
Our client are looking for a lawyer to come in at Vice President level to provide specialist legal advice in relation to our client, and the products and services it offers, from a financial regulatory perspective. Including, but not limited to, monitoring regulatory changes that may impact our client, providing regulatory advice and support at all levels within the business, and drafting amendments within our clients rule book.
There would also be the option to get involved in other legal work, outside of a financial regulations.
About You
You will be between 3-10+ PQE with financial services regulatory experience, gained in a leading law firm or in-house environment. Preferably, you will have some commodities experience, but this isn't compulsory.
