Senior Barrister (Minimum 8yrs Call) - Counsel/Partner Appointment - British Virgin Islands

Our client boasts one of the most robust disputes practices in the Caribbean, attracting consistently challenging and intricate cross-border disputes and insolvency matters. As their BVI office is exceptionally busy, they are seeking a Barrister at the Counsel level who can immediately handle a wide range of complex and high-value corporate and commercial disputes. These cases often involve multiple jurisdictions and encompass financial services and investment funds litigation, civil fraud and asset tracing, enforcement matters, trust litigation, as well as substantial insolvency and restructuring work.

Our client is open to considering a partner appointment based on specific criteria, but in all cases applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Barrister in a highly regarded UK commercial or chancery chambers or potentially be coming out of another top tier offshore law firm.
