Amazing role focusing on the structured end of real estate finance - although not quite classic securitisation these are the skills that are required. The ideal candidate will have experience with Repos and Warehousing and other financing work up the chain for private credit lenders. Anyone with strong securitisation experience and a demonstrable interest will be considered.
This role offers the chance to join a small but fast growing team at this friendly Silver Circle firm. The leading partner joined from a Magic Circle firm last year, is very friendly and superb manager, and estimates a 3 year progression track. Additionally, the firm culture is not one of long hours and despite the superb prospects hours are very reasonable.
