The opportunity
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join a smaller but very prestigious IP disputes team focusing on complex and high-value patent litigation.
The role offers rare breadth. The vast majority of work will be in patent disputes (particularly life sciences sectors - but there is also in tech). However, there will also be a significant minority of soft IP disputes (around 15%) and some transactional/reg/commercial work - say 5%- from time to time.
The team has incredibly deep relationships with some of the most important Pharmaceutical, Biotech and IT technology companies in the world.
The firm pays better than most with patent disputes teams so will offer most candidates a pay rise from their current firms.
Requirements
You will be between 1 and 4 PQE with solid patent litigation experience. Ideally you will be England & Wales qualified, have a science background or degree and currently be working in a highly-regarded patent disputes team in London.
