Job Details
MLA are working with a US headquartered health & tech company, who are a prestigious brand and leading business in what they do. They’re an outsourced clinical trials company, and have a growing data analytics business that serves industries including public health, biotech, and pharmaceuticals.
The company are looking to take on a 3-8 PQE Corporate Lawyer for a period of 6-9 months. This individual will be supporting the EMEA Lead for Corporate on M&A, joint ventures, transactional work, and integrations across EMEA. Any exposure to tech or life sciences transactions would be helpful.
